Great location, close to the central station (train and metro) and the main attractions. The room was very good cleaned and the staff was excellent.
The only problem was the noise from outside with people shouting by the bars. It is very difficult to sleep there on weekends, even with the windows closed (which in the summer makes the room very hot and they don't have air conditioning) the noise is loud. My room was the Executive Double Room, maybe they have other rooms with windows facing the other side which might be less noisy.

The location of this hotel is the best possible as it is close to all the atractions of the old town of Brussels. Good for shopping and sight seeing. Reception was helpfull in many things but the staff in the hotel inn could be nicer. The place is clean and not expensive in comparison with the other hotels around.
The ladies in the breakfest room could be a bit nicer as they looked and treat the guests sometimes like somebody has forced them to the work. Smile does not cost so much and can solve some problems as well!

Location
No aitr conditioning on a 90 degree day. Lack of privacy as windows faced center opening for all rooms windows, so hard to open curtains for air!
